Empire State Development has multiple programs available for assisting small businesses to reimagine, rebuild and renew the state's economy. There is a questionnaire available on the site to help you determine which of the program options you might be eligible for.  These programs include the New York Forward Loan Fund  which is an economic recovery loan program aimed at supporting small businesses, nonprofits and small landlords as they reopen after the COVID-19 pandemic and NYS on PAUSE.  The New York State COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program was also created to provide flexible grant assistance to currently viable small businesses, micro-businesses and for-profit independent arts and cultural organizations in the State of New York who have experienced economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

U.S. Small Business Administration has multiple programs available to assist small businesses.  The programs include Economic Injury Disaster LoanPaycheck Protection Program, Restaurant Revitalization Fund and Shuttered Venues Operators Grant.  These programs have varying eligibility requirements, see the website for details or schedule an appointment with our office to review these programs in full.

LISC is offering grants like the Rural Relief Small Business Grant and Small Business Relief Grant to help small business owners meet basic needs in order to survive.  They also offer loan programs to small businesses.

Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance is offering Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) for those at risk of homelessness or housing instability.  This program will assist low and moderate-income households with rental arrears payments of up to 12 months, up to 3 additional months of rental assistance as well as up to 12 months of electric or gas utility arrears payments.  These payments will be made directly to the landlord or utility company on behalf of the tenant. 

Excelsior Pass is a free, fast and secure way to present digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result

Cattaraugus County Health Department has vaccination clinics throughout the county for your convenience.  Anyone living, working or studying in New York State that is over the age of 18 is eligible to schedule an appointment. Those 12 and over, with parent/guardian consent, is able to obtain the Pfizer vaccine.
